Mr. Derrick L. Horsley was chosen
to be Guest Speaker for the Class of 2024,
West Bolivar High School in Rosedale, MS.
The same school he graduated from then called Rosedale High
School in 1984.
Since I gave an inspiring speech, the Principal (Mr. Turner)
invited me to come to be the Guest Speaker for the Class of
2025.
My Foundation, Derrick L. Foundation (www.derrickLHorsleyfoundation.org)
awarded two scholarships and two Ipads to the Valedictorian and
the Salutorian.
The Principal (Mr. Christopher Turner) invited me to be the
Guest Speaker for Class of 2024.
The Valedictorian, Ms. ATaliyah Young graduated with a 3.9 GPA.
She's attending Cohoma Junior College and later on
Delta State University, pursuing a in Nursing.
The Salutorian,Ms. Trinity Walker, graduated with a 3.84 GPA,
she's attending Alcorn State University pursuing a Degree in
Nursing.
The graduating Class along with the Principal presented me with
a plaque.
Since I gave an inspiring speech, I was asked to give the
Graduation for the Class of 2025 too.
